It starts with a vision, followed up by intensive industrial design, refinement and testing. That is just the beginning.  

THE PROCESS  Prototype iterations ensue one after the other in a very time and monetarily consuming process. Without compromising on the vision or the build quality we begin the materialization of what went from our heads, into drawings, followed up by industrial design to actually crafting the components, piece by piece. 

Being true to the company's roots and borrowing design cues that have firmly  established the brand's reputation as a premium product manufacturer we chose the path of most resistance. Every step of the way was hard fought as what we set off to accomplish is just not standard or common in the world of mass consumer electronics. This again means a much more expensive and laborious process. 

In the world of consumer electronic throwaways it is perfectly acceptable to pump out plastic molded earcups at 100 units a minute. They are meant to be thrown out eventually anyway only to be replaced by another over-priced, cheaply made unit. This is not acceptable to us. While we cannot control personally each and every hand soldered point of contact or hand-tightened screw within each headphone, we continuously enhance our quality control process. Why? Because we simply make what we would want for ourselves. 

T6 ALUMINUM HOUSING  MUNITIO's ear cup housings have 5 point turn cnc machined process. Human touch and technology merged. The machining process for each ear cup totals 58 minutes from end to end, making this the most intricately crafted  ear cup housing ever.
